The lights flicker... a synth melody echoes through the air... somewhere in the distance, thunder rolls backward. Welcome, travelers... Welcome to Tales of the Pale Tavern. Tonight, you aren't just players around a table. You're legends waiting to happen. This is not the world your grandparents told stories about. This is a world where something has gone terribly, wonderfully wrong. Mountains float upside down. Oceans pour into the sky. Dragons fear sheep. Kings serve jesters. The dead remember the future, while the living have forgotten the past. Time itself has broken. Space has tied itself into impossible knots. Yesterday hasn't happened yet...and tomorrow refuses to arrive. Somewhere beyond the cracks in reality, an unseen force is rewriting existence one chapter at a time. Entire kingdoms vanish overnight, only to return as if they had never left. Friends become strangers. Heroes become villains. Villains become myths. Most people have accepted this madness. But not you. For reasons you don't yet understand, each of you remembers that something isn't right. You hear whispers between seconds. You dream of places that no longer exist. Somewhere deep inside, you know reality is crying out for help. The ancient Keepers of the Pale Tavern have sent out one final call. Not for soldiers. Not for kings. But for heroes. Heroes reckless enough to laugh in the face of impossible odds. Heroes willing to leap through shattered timelines, battle impossible monsters, and punch destiny square in the jaw. Because if no one answers...There won't be a world left to save. So grab your dice. Cue the electric guitars. Turn the cassette up to eleven. And step through the tavern doors. Adventure is waiting... Welcome...to Tales of the Pale Tavern. Now tell me... Who are you... and what impossible hero has answered the call?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
